Position:  Modeling & Simulation Analyst

Location:  Colorado Springs CO
Start Date:  June 2020

Required Skills:  BS is techncial field; 10 years of relevant experience; TS/SCI willing to take CI poly

-  Programming experience with advanced engineering software providing mod/sim/analysis of space and space control systems.  Troubleshoot, modify, execute and extend existing models in the language(s) provided.  Orbital dynamics – use existing functions to modify or build new algorithms or applications to support desired analysis tasks. RPO – Create rendezvous and proximity operations scenarios as needed.  Space Surveillance. Understanding of the task, collect, update of the catalog, event processing, track association, differential correction.  Ability to analyze requirements, research system technical details, trace existing models (in the language provided) to understand the function and capability, determine strengths and limitations of tools and analyses available, and identify necessary upgrades, additional tools, or new functions/tools required to support analysis tasks.

-   Take minimal verbal or written space scenario description and build an adaptable software prototype to exercise, adapt, and analyze the scenario. Provide output in format that enables other analysts to manipulate and interpret results. Interpret results, identify meaningful parameters, and recommend modifications or COAs based on findings. Present results to seniors in a combination of oral, written, and PowerPoint presentation formats as necessary.

Desired Skills:

-  MATLAB, including Simulink models for satellite RPO analysis. Includes integration of NASIC TMAP models.
-  TPL (SEAS)
-  SysML
-  Python, C/C++, Fortran 90, AFSIM scripting language

Position:  Mid-Senior Intelligence Analyst

Location:  Ft Meade MD
Start Date:  March 2020

Duties include: 16 AF and United States Space Force (USSF) integrated support at Ft Meade, MD.  Duties include analysis/exploitation, assist in tool kit development, Space Technical Analysis Branch taskings/support, and support other SIGINT analysts in their efforts for USSF capabilities development.

Position Requirements:  6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.  May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. Compensation dependent upon experience and skill level.

Position: Space Operations Command and Control SME USSPACE/J33

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Start Date: June 2020 

Duties include:
- Support the development and publishing of policy, procedures, and technical solutions to C2 issues used to inform COP SOPs and Command TTPs.
- Address C2 sharing challenges and ensures issues and solutions are synchronized to support USSPACECOM decision-making processes.
- Maintain list of C2 representatives assigned to each directorate/special staff.
- Support development and publishing of policies, procedures, and technical solutions to C2 issues that arise.
- Lead the C2 Common Operating Picture Working Group
- Maintain the COP for the Space Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Assist and support theatre COP reporting requirements and procedures. 

Position Requirements:
- Master's degree and/or at least 12 years experience conducting space operations.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
- Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top contributor in the space operations arena. Leads and directs the work of others.
- Reports directly to government senior leaders.

Position: Space Operations Education & Training SME USSPACE/J7

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Start Date: June 2020 

Duties include:
- Support the development of courseware materials and curriculum and providing instruction.
- Planning, development, execution, and analysis of Command-wide training, education, professional development, organizational development programs and processes, and managing projects in the Joint Training System.
- Support the Workforce Onboarding and Development Program. In addition, support is required to plan, prepare, and execute individual and collective training for the operational certification of JOC crews, as well as support the collective training for USSPACECOM members.  All curriculum, courseware materials, and instructions will be at the direction, review and approval of the unit government entity.   
- USSPACECOM requires specialized instructors and critical support personnel capable of successfully executing the USSPACECOM mission.
- Support individual training through administration of the USSPACECOM Training Program. 

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 8 years space operations experience, conducting training and curriculum development a plus.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
- Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top contributor in the space operations arena. Leads and directs the work of others.
- Reports directly to government senior leaders.

Position: Space Exercises & WARGAMING SMEs USSPACE/J7

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Start Date: June 2020

 Duties include:
- Support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises and wargames. Support the Exercise Program, explains policies and procedures for planning, coordinating, preparing, and implementing USSPACECOM Joint Exercises and support to other Combatant Command exercises.
- Support events which may include wargames, Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills, and seminars. Both joint exercises and wargame events may include current and future Calendar/Fiscal Year (FY) planning and coordination activities.
- All exercises and war gaming products will be directed, reviewed, and approved by unit government entity.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the following areas: Mission Area SMEs for SATCOM, GPS, On-Orbit, Space Domain Awareness, Cyber, Missile Warning, Special Technical Operations, Exercise Planner Scenario Design SME, Joint Training Management Systems, Cyber Intel SME, JOPES SME, and Intel SME.
- Provide expertise in the following areas: Interagency SME, Information Management / Knowledge Manager, Wargaming SME, and Emulation Support SME.

 Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 8 years space operations or specifically identified SME experience.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
- Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top contributor in the space operations arena.
- Leads and directs the work of others. Reports directly to government senior leaders.
