Equal Employment Opportunity

PRKK, LLC is committed to the principles equal opportunity employment opportunities and providing affirmative action for individuals with disabilities.  We also provide qualified applicants and employees with disabilities with needed reasonable accommodations, as required by law, and ensure that all employment decisions are based solely on valid job requirements.  PRKK also strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment in the workplace with regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, medical condition, genetic information, or veteran’s status.    We affirmatively try to recruit, hire, train, promote and retain members of protected classes if they possess the requisite qualifications, experience, education and security clearances required for each position.   U.S. Citizenship is typically required.

Harassment

PRKK does not condone harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion or discrimination of employees and applicants.  We also strictly prohibit retaliation or punishment against employees and applicants for filing a complaint; assisting or participating in an investigation, compliance evaluation, hearing, or any other activity related to the administration of Federal, State, or local law pertaining to affirmative action or equal opportunity; opposing any act or practice made unlawful by Federal, State or local law requiring equal opportunities for protected class individuals.

Pay Transparency

PRKK will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
